If you want to provide someone else permission to use your property, you must create a formal License Agreement. The Licensing Agreement specifies the extent of the license and any restrictions on the use of the property. It also specifies if the license is non-exclusive and whether you are granting authorization for resale.
The license price, as well as any provisions for royalty payments, lease payments, or maintenance costs, should be included in the agreement.
