Your name must be distinct from any other Nevada LLC, corporation, limited liability partnership (LLP), limited partnership (LP), or limited liability limited partnership (LLLP).

2. Is the name legal in Nevada? Do a Nevada Business Search on the Secretary of State’s website to ensure that the name you choose isn’t already in use.
