DBA (Doing Business As) Name:

To establish a name other than your official LLC company name, file a Fictitious Business Name Statement (Form 624B) and pay the $50 filing fee.

Certified Document Copies: Order certified copies of your Rhode Island business paperwork from the Department of State for $10 + $0.15 per page.

Certificate of Good Standing: A Rhode Island certificate of good standing may be obtained by contacting the Department of State and paying the $22 online cost or the $20 mail or in-person charge. Banks and lending institutions often demand a certificate of good standing.
