DBA (Doing Business As) Name:
To design a name different than your official LLC company name, file an Application for Registration of Trade Name and pay the $100 online filing cost or $110 mail-in charge.

Copies of Certified Documents:
Order certified copies of your Nebraska business paperwork from the Secretary of State for $10.

Good Standing Certificate:
A Nebraska certificate of good standing may be obtained by contacting the Secretary of State and paying the $6.50 price for an online document or the $10 charge for a physical copy. Banks and lending institutions often demand a certificate of good standing.
