The Department of Labor requires a new FFCRA poster.

When new regulations are enacted to help and safeguard companies and their workers during the coronavirus pandemic, it is critical that you, as an employer, remain legally compliant.

The Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division has released a new required workplace notification poster for covered employers to post physically and/or distribute to their employees who may be working remotely in light of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA), which makes temporary adjustments to FMLA and paid sick leave.

Consult a lawyer if you have any issues concerning emergency leave or your duties as an employer. The Coronavirus Law Center provides free legal documentation and legal assistance in regard to COVID-19.
