Articles of Incorporation often contain the following:
The corporation’s name
The name of the incorporator, which is the individual or company that forms the new corporation.
The nature of the company
The duration for which the company is being formed (may be indefinite, or may be for a specific time frame).
The corporate headquarters’ location
Corporate officers’ locations
Information on stock issue
